1. Service Agreement
By engaging Doggy Day Dreams for pet care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Doggy Day Dreams (the "Service Provider").
2. Service Booking and Cancellation
2.1 Booking
- All bookings must be made in advance through our approved booking channels
- Regular booking slots are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to decline service for any reason
2.2 Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of any scheduled service
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged at full rate
- No-shows will be charged at full rate
3. Health and Safety
3.1 Pet Requirements
- All pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations
- Dogs must be wearing a collar with ID tag
- Dogs must be treated regularly for fleas and worms
- Any aggressive behavior must be disclosed before service begins
3.2 Emergency Care
In the event of a medical emergency, we will:
- Contact you immediately
- Transport your pet to the designated veterinary clinic if necessary
- Follow your emergency care instructions as provided
4. Service Delivery
4.1 Walking Services
- Standard walks are60 minutes
- Maximum of 6 dogs per group walk
- Weather-appropriate adjustments may be made
- Routes may vary based on safety and conditions
4.2 Home Visits
- Standard visits are 60 minutes
- Keys must be provided for access
- Home security procedures will be followed
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is required before or at the time of service
- Prices are subject to periodic review and change
6. Insurance and Liability
Doggy Day Dreams maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for pet care services. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions
- Property damage caused by your pet remains your responsibility
- We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by pet interactions outside our control
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:
- Contact information
- Pet health records
- Emergency contact details
- Service history
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:
- Posted on our website
- Notified to clients via email
- Effective immediately for new clients
- Effective after 30 days for existing clients
